Day 1 : Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Rissani – Merzouga (Enjoy Camel Ride & a fabulous Night in the Desert):
On the first day of this Fes Desert Tours 3 Days, you will explore the beautiful middle Atlas via the town of Ifrane known as Moroccan Switzerland. Then pass by Azrou and visit Cedre Goraud Tree for getting a view of Barbary apes. Afterwards drive down to further south and will pass by many towns where you can get the view of nomadic people in tents. You will also come across volcanic rocks. After this the very next stop will be Midelt where we take a lunch break. Then again continue with the drive to cross Tizi N’Talghomt Pass (1907m) and enjoy the picturesque views. Then cross the magnificent Ziz Gorge and yes, the tunnel too. Close to Errachidia observe the Barrage Hassan Al-Dakhil which is popular for its beautiful crystal clear water of turquoise blue color, also have the chance to see Aoufous palmeraie along Ziz River while making your path to Erfoud. On arriving the destination you will taken to the hotel at foot of dunes. Then your trek to the desert camp for exploring mysterious sand-sea of Erg-Chebbi. The view of the sunset in the midst of Sahara desert will make you feel mesmerized. Enjoy dinner in camp and a fantastic night beneath the stars. Modern bathrooms are available in camp.
Day 2 : Merzouga – Rissani Market – Erfoud – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges:
Our guide will give a morning call in order to get the chance glimpse of the beauty of sunrise in the deserts. Enjoy breakfast and then back to hotel on a camel trek for getting fresh and prepared for the next journey. Now we depart for Rissani for visiting Zawiya Moulay Ali ash-Sharif. If you want you can visit the Souk to get the chance to see Fondouks where the donkeys gather. We will drive towards Tineghir and will cross Erfoud, known to be the marble fossil capital. While we drive you can check Khatarat which is basically a Canal irrigation system. We will give stop at Tinejdad for lunch, and then we to reach Todra Gorges. In this superb gorges you’ll walk to take the close view of the beautiful place and get view of high rock walls which goes up to 300 meters. After this we will go for Boumalne Dades followed by Dades Gorges to check out rock formations of human bodies and fingers of monkeys. Enjoy your dinner, fabulous night stay in hotel.
Day 3 : Dades Gorges – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – High Atlas – Marrakech:
On day 3 of your Fes Desert Tours 3 Days, we will visit Marrakech via Boumalne Dades, Skoura and El-Kelaâ M’Gouna. We are confident the panoramic view of the Valley of One Thousand Kasbahs, Valley of the Roses and Skoura Oasis will make you spellbound and falling in love with this place. After reaching Ouarzazate don’t miss the chance to see Kasbah of Taourirt which was built by the famous Glaoui dynasty. Continue our Fes Desert Tours 3 Days, to Aït Benhaddou castle for lunch and will later explore Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou. Next we will be driving across Tizi N’Tichka Pass (2260 m), and will get a chance to capture some beautiful pics behind the lens of High Atlas Mountains.
